After reviewing our Terms and Conditions, if you’d like to move forward with the mail-in, just fill out the form provided below.
Step 3.
After completing the mail-in form, send your device to the P.O. Box listed below. Once we receive your package, we’ll check it for any shipping damage and let you know what we find. We’ll work on your device in the order it arrives, and when the repairs are finished, we’ll send you an invoice. After the invoice is paid, we’ll ship your device back to you.
