Terms and Conditions: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping and insurance expenses for packages sent to Speedie Tech LLC. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, so while insurance for your packages is highly recommended, it is not required. All packages sent to Speedie Tech LLC will be inspected upon arrival, and we will notify you of any damages sustained during shipping. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us during normal business hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Repairs are processed in the order they are received, and if there is a queue, we will inform you. Most repairs are completed within 1-2 business days, unless special parts are needed or if your specific part is out of stock. Once your device is repaired, we’ll email you the invoice. Payment is required before the device is shipped back. You have two business days to complete the payment. If it’s not done within that period, a $20 daily storage fee will apply until the invoice is fully paid.*
