Section 1 - Travel Fee terms:
At Speedie Tech LLC, we offer free on-site visits within the Lincoln, AL area for your convenience. Please note that a diagnostic fee applies if an evaluation is needed to determine the issue with your device. However, this fee will be waived if you choose to proceed with the repair. Exceptions apply for issues that are already known, such as a cracked cellphone screen, battery replacement, or other simple, straightforward fixes. If you need any further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to assist you!
Section 2 - Cancellation & Booking Policy
Appointment Cancellations: We kindly request at least 3 hours notice prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling is free of charge. However, cancellations will incur a fee equal to 25% of the service cost, with the remaining balance refunded to your original payment method. Please also note that we will make every effort to contact you before dispatching a technician. If we are unable to reach you, the technician will proceed to the scheduled location as planned. If the technician arrives and you are unavailable, or no contact has been made, Speedie Tech LLC will consider the appointment canceled. In such cases, the 25% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance (If any) will be refunded to your original payment method.

Section 3 - Recycling Your Electronics: Important Information:
We value your commitment to recycling electronics responsibly. To ensure a smooth process, please inform us in advance if there are any signs of bug infestations in the items you're dropping off or scheduling for pickup. Additionally, all devices must be your property, as we cannot accept items owned by others. Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline any electronic device at our discretion. Once your items are processed, we'll keep you informed with all relevant updates. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient recycling process. Before utilizing any of our data-related services, we strongly recommend backing up your important files. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any data that has not been backed up. Once data is permanently deleted or destroyed from your devices, it cannot be recovered. If there are specific files you wish to save, it is crucial to notify us beforehand. Failing to do so may result in irreversible data loss. We deeply appreciate your attention to this important detail. For devices with storage drives, rest assured that all data on those drives will be securely destroyed as part of the recycling process. If you're interested in exploring data recovery options before donating your device, simply let us know during pickup. We'll evaluate the possibility of recovery for you—free of charge! Section 4 - Remote Support Terms & Secure Connection:
Our remote support services are tailored to provide you with efficient and secure assistance. All sessions are conducted through a private connection to protect your information and ensure your privacy. Please note that remote IT support plans are non-refundable once purchased. Services are available during regular business hours, ensuring our team is accessible to address your needs promptly. If you require assistance outside these hours, feel free to contact us—our team will review your request, subject to approval by Speedie Tech LLC.
Services are billed hourly unless a custom remote support plan has been agreed upon in advance. For clarity and fairness, if a session exceeds one hour, it will pause and resume only after payment for the additional hour is made. If your issue is resolved within the hour, billing will be rounded to the nearest hour. This policy helps us deliver uninterrupted and efficient service while maintaining transparent pricing. We appreciate your understanding and support in adhering to these terms.
To ensure quality, security, and transparency, all sessions will be recorded. These recordings are managed in compliance with Speedie Tech LLC’s privacy policies, and your privacy remains a top priority. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies or processes, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help.
Section 5 - Data Recovery Terms & Disclaimer:
Before using our professional data recovery services, please take a moment to review the following important information. While we utilize cutting-edge techniques and industry-leading tools to recover your valuable data, the recovery process inherently carries some risks. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any potential loss or damage to your data that may occur during or after the recovery process. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks as part of the process. We greatly value the trust you place in our expertise and are here to address any questions or concerns you may have before moving forward. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for clarification. Please note: If we are unable to recover any data, a non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged to cover the time spent on the recovery attempt. Additionally, if you bring us a device and we determine that it contains no data, a $50 bench fee will also apply to compensate for the time spent assessing the device.
Section 6 - Device Repair Terms:
Repairing certain devices can be complex due to their intricate designs and tightly sealed components. While our team brings expertise and precision to every repair, accessing internal parts carries a small inherent risk of damage. By choosing our services, you acknowledge and accept this possibility. Rest assured, we take every precaution to protect your device, but we cannot be held liable for accidental damage that may occur during the repair process. As the device owner, you accept full responsibility for any potential damage and related costs. To ensure complete transparency, we will always communicate these risks to you upfront before starting any repair work. Your trust and understanding are important to us.
Section 7 - Our 30-Day Warranty Policy:
At Speedie Tech LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality repairs you can trust. That’s why we back all completed repairs with a 30-day warranty.
Please note, however, that this warranty is void if:
- Dropped (By you or any other person(s).
- Accidentally Damaged (By you or any other person(s).
- Modified (By you or any other person(s).
- Tampered with after the repair-whether by you or any other person(s).
To uphold transparency and fairness, we carefully inspect every device both before and after repairs. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take pride in offering reliable service you can depend on.
Section 8 - 5x Cleaning Package - Terms and Conditions:
Our 5x Cleaning Package is designed to deliver outstanding value and unparalleled flexibility for all your cleaning needs. Please be aware that all sales are final, and refunds are not available once a cleaning package has been purchased. One of the great advantages of our packages is that they never expire, allowing you to use them whenever it suits you best. To redeem a cleaning service, simply schedule an appointment in advance, subject to approval by Speedie Tech LLC. After each scheduled cleaning, we will thoroughly document the completed service and update your account by deducting the remaining balance of your cleanings. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free, transparent process, making it easy and convenient for you to enjoy our services.
Section 9 - Bench Fee / Repair Attempt Fee:
When you get your device(s) inspected, a $50 bench fee will be applied to cover the initial assessment and handling. However, here’s the great news: if you decide to proceed with the repair through us, this fee is fully waived — you’ll only pay for the actual repair and the cost of any necessary parts. The final cost will be determined once the work is completed, ensuring a transparent and straightforward process. Please note, if our diagnosis reveals that the motherboard or device has undergone previous repair attempts, the $50 bench fee will be non-refundable, even if you choose to move forward with the repair. This policy reflects the time and expertise required for a thorough evaluation. We are committed to providing clear communication, fair pricing, and exceptional service every step of the way. *Important: It is your responsibility to notify Speedie Tech LLC of any prior repair attempts on your device before we begin servicing it. Failure to disclose this information will result in a non-refundable $50 charge.*
Section 10 - Repair Replacement parts
If your device requires replacement parts, we will inform you of this after completing the diagnosis. At Speedie Tech LLC, we offer both new and used parts, and the choice is entirely yours. Whichever option you select, all parts purchased from us come with a limited-time warranty. Please note that if you provide your own replacement part, Speedie Tech LLC cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise after installation, and we do not offer warranties on customer-supplied parts. However, all parts sold by Speedie Tech LLC are guaranteed to work. If a part we install turns out to be faulty, we will replace it and provide the service free of charge, as long as it is within the warranty period.
Section 11 - Payment Processing
We use Square POS to ensure smooth and efficient appointment booking and payment processing. During the scheduling process, you’ll be asked to provide some personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and other necessary details to confirm your booking. Rest assured, your privacy is a top priority. We happily accept cash as well as all major debit and credit cards. Please note that personal checks are not accepted; checks are only accepted from commercial businesses.
